Hey all,
I really like AuctionWatch's WBN deal, but I've been having an issue with actually getting people to fill it out. I've stated in my auction /and/ in my WBN that the form must be filled out, it's not a means of payment, it's just so that I have their adress, yada yada yada... but even with that, every auction close day I get four or five people who don't fill it out.
Then, when I email them and nicely explain that they need to fill out the form, complete with another copy of the WBN, they STILL don't do it.
I'm wondering what other folks use that might garner somemore success.

If they don't fill it out the first time, I do it myself. I sense that it annoys a lot of buyers and others have specific reasons why they don't want to do it. So I just consider it part of my job to make the transaction as easy as possible. In most cases, they pay on line and submit their address that way and it's not their fault we don't have a system for picking up the info from there.

Most people know enough to fill in the WBN. When I first started using it only 50% filled it,then as of lately around 98% started filling it in. Now since Ebay came up with this Check Out people are once again NOT filling it in! I think it's simply because they are getting confused as to what they should actually be doing.H*ll, they have forms being thrown at them from all direction's, and they know they don't need to fill them all out to get a simple little item. So what do they do?They sit and wait for some one to contact them. That way there is no guessing on their part!
