Hello:
I signed up for a SALES REPORTING system from one of the multi-faceted services for auction sellers.
The description clearly stated that "itemized reports" can be generated for the time period specified.
When I tried to run the report, I got a three line table which basically gave me totals of the amounts of money I received, the total of amounts of fees I paid, etc.
This is not what I had expected. I expected "an itemized" listing of all transactions during the time period.
After writing three emails to this "service" they finally answered me and confirmed that the service was not what I had originally thought it to be.
Here comes the "good" part. The service costs around $14. I requested a refund. I was told that they would issue a refund when I submit a $5.59 handling fee!
