This morning, out of the clear blue, I noticed that my feedback number has disappeared next to my name at eBay. It has been replaced by the word 'private.' What does that mean? Why was it done?

I have written eBay, but thought perhaps others may know what's going on or did it also happen to you?

P.S. I went to the 'place' to make feedback public and it says my feedback is public; it is not. It remains 'private'...strange.
