I use Auction Watch's winning bidder notification system, but I would assume the same would hold true for any auction service that emails a bunch of people at once. I have had 6 people today alone email me that they never heard from me - didn't receive my first email regarding shipping options, mailing addresses, payment options, etc. I do receive a few of these every couple days at random, but I usually get a "unable to deliver email reply" and then something about either it being SPAM or the persons mailbox is full, or another reason. I'm wondering if other sellers that use this type of service find the same thing. I'm wondering if AOL reads these emails as SPAM and just delete them without sending a reply letter.

I'm an AOL user and haven't had a problem with anyone telling me they haven't received their notice. And when I purchase I don't have problem getting my auction notices where the seller is using auction software.
