I need to get 2 used computers to Mexico by Christmas, either by shipping them directly there or getting them to someone on the border and having them hand delivered. Someone told me that used computers can't be taken across the border. I don't know if that's a software/Microsoft type of thing or a US encryption type thing. I searched the web for an hour for info and came up w/ nothing. I looked at shipping sites, government sites, etc.

Any know the answer or know somewhere online I could check or somewhere I could call?

Thanks for any help.
