Is it true? I got an e-mail today that said that buyers do not pay to send money to us. Is there anything else we should know about this service? I haven't looked at them in a long time, but I'm thinking it will be attractive for buyers to use an online payment system that is financially sound.

Probably a bait-and-switch like Paypal. Wait till their volume is up and they'll run up their rates like any business.
