Want a laugh? I tried to list a Dick Tracy game on half.com by creating a new listing, as I've done hundreds of times.

So I can't do it. Why you ask? The word DICK is "profanity" according to Halfdot. I changed the title to RICHARD TRACY and that was ok, but I couldn't even use the Dick word in the description.

So to all you Dicks out there, it could have been worse. You could have been named Penis.

BTW, You can list an item with Penis in the title, but are given a warning that it will be reviewed by Halfdot as sexually explicit items are not allowed.

So I guess since a penis has at least 2 functions, and not are all related to sex, it would be ok to list something like tissue to wipe with after you take a leak.

Must be a new filter - there's lots of "Dick Tracy" titles listed under books, movies, and games.

quite hypocritical as well

I sell sexual positions books there quite frequently.........it has an ISBN number in their database......... so its sellable

So why would they choose filters for hand types titles when any kinky sex book with an ISBN number gets listed and sold just fine

*rolls eyes*

Same for Yahoo on their newly created moral *high horse*

They deleted their adult category, and deeply hid their adult clubs

Yet their new warehouse is the same deal

sex positions books have ISBN numbers in the database so I sell them there too.


and since when has DICK been such a taboo word........

And of course the jerk gym teacher called him...
