Is anyone else having trouble sending emails. Have had 2 buyers in last week that have contacted me by email, but when I try to send to them my email is returned as undeliverable.

Were you using your own email or sending something through Auction Watch? I have had strange error messages come back to me sometimes when I use the Post Sale shipping notification to a buyer. Don't know if the problem is the buyer or Auction Watch. Email was invented about 30 years ago, Ben Franklin started the post office over 200 years ago - neither one is quite perfect yet.

Had the same problem during the summer. Tried everything I could think of. Sent about 10 e-mails, used "send this auction to a friend", payment reminder......... no luck. Got four e-mails from him, "Why won't you respond?", "How do I pay you?", etc...

Wound up finding his business phone number (he was using a company e-mail) and leaving a message. Took two months to get payment, and for him to recieve the package.

Biggest pain in the a** I ever had on ebay.....

Some bad buyers try everything to get out of an auction they have won and some buyers will forget to update their email address on file with eBay. If you have tried two different email accounts and the same email bounces then contact safeharbor and tell them about it. I just had a buyer with a bad email address the other day and had to write ebay and tell them that I was fearful of getting a negative feedback from a buyer with a bad address because the buyer could say I never contacted them. eBay responds to every letter of this type and will send a letter to the buyers address on file. If that letter bounces for eBay's customer service they will suspend the buyer till he proves he has a valid email address on file. Many eBay users change their email account and do not update their eBay accounts because the unfrequently use eBay.

Actually this happens to me very often - maybe 2-3 times a month. Sometimes they get bounced back to me and sometimes the buyer just keeps emailing me saying "I still haven't heard from you...." - even though I replied to each one of their emails to the address that they sent it to me with. A couple were @home addresses which I guess is no longer in existance (how they managed to use them is beyond me), sometimes I think people block yahoo addresses which is what I use for ebay. I had one lady email me and tell me -"sorry I block yahoo addresses - I turned my SPAM blocker off...can you send me the information again?" I've even tried to send emails from my "real job" and they come back to me. When this happens and it's obvious to me that they actually want the product I go to ebay and look up their phone number and call them with the information. Most people are glad to hear from me. But I would love to know why this happens to me so often.

Thanks to all for the help. My problem is resolved. One buyer had a change of email addy by his provider and the provider neglected to tell him. He finally figured it out and changed his ebay account to reflect the change.
The other buyer had a hotmail acct and it was full. He finally cleared it so he could receive more mail.
Golly Gee,,,,what a headache! All's well that ends well.
