First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!
now... My new year started off just wonderfully! I got an email from one of my overseas customers this morning. Apparently, he won an item two weeks ago and paid for it via PAYPAL but we didn't ship right away because he said he wanted to bid on a few of my current items.
Then, he won an additional item two days ago and paid for BOTH items using BILLPOINT!
What should I do? If I refund the money, can I do it through BILLPOINT or PAYPAL? Should I deduct the fees it would cost me? Should I just (with his permission) send a cash refund?
