I tried to go to My Ebay yesterday and I got Massage Registration Blocked. I had 23 running auctions, all have Invalid Item massdage.I go to my Feedback page it says Not Registered user ( I have 159 pos. feedback). I contacted Support, they emailed me to go to registration page and enter confirmation code, which I did but get massage ID already taken, and so on backwards and forwards.
Here is Copy and Paste from my Blocked page. Registration blocked
Users whose registered status is blocked must resolve any outstanding complaints on file before proceeding. Please resolve these issues and try again.
The massage doesn't say anything about how to contact them. I contacted support, but I didn't get nowhere. I am going crazy. Anyone has solution?

Has ebay sent you any warnings lately? Did they tell you that you were doing something wrong? Also check the expiry date on your CC card. Have you changed any of your contact info lately and failed to update it in your registration?

may be it is that old witch hunt again, ebay links your account to another account which has been suspended by ebay .

it could definitely be the link to another seller mixup. my friends ebay id is exactly the same as another sellers, only difference is the email address is part of ones id.

I noticed in your other thread you are trying to open a new account.

Before opening a new account, you should make sure your account with the FB is not suspended. It will have the "not a registered user" behind your ID instead of your FB total.

If your original account is suspended for any reason, don't open a new account until the suspension is over.

If eBay finds you opened an account to get around the suspended account, they can suspend you permanently.

That's what EO is all about. Help & helping, asking questions, getting answers, posting experiences.

Up until November 1st AW was a goldmine, a mini college education on how to sell, buy, avoid & anything else you needed to know about online auctions.

It's not the same, but it still is pretty good. If you had to pay to post, it wouldn't exist, no message board would.

nyjahan, you came here looking for help. We asked you a few questions and you don't even bother to answer them.

I am going crazy. Anyone has solution?

So? Did you get a warning first? Did you do something wrong? I also advise that you don't start selling on the 2nd ID until you find out for sure why you were suspended.

Askdaruma-Evidently you don't come to this board very often. This is a board where us sellers and yes some buyers come to ask questions and help solve problems about ebay. This is not a board for just casual talk like some on ebay are. Quite a bit of information can be gotten by reading this board because there are some very knowledgeable people here. Most of us here are AW members so they already get their money from us. I don't mind that a bit because if it wasn't for this discussion board I would no nothing. Thank goodness for our knowledgeable posters.

libra63.
i do come here and read the posts often,i just did not post much in the past.
i notice this is becoming like a mecca for people to find solutions to their ebay problems.often they dont tell us everything we should know about their situation.
this is also a place to bash paypal!!

Hi. Yes I agree with you about PayPal. I try not to post anything in this ebay board that is not about ebay. PayPal is a universal area where any auction site or business can join. and accept CC's. If the moderators were here the PayPal threads would have been stopped and directed somewhere else. The PayPal bashing belongs in another area of the AW discussion board. The reason I come here is to find out about ebay and what is happening with them. Now Billpoint is another subject but related to eBay so I guess that is okay here. I think most of the time we hear half truths but as the thread gets longer the story changes a lot and what is really not the fault of others, it is our own.

ebay sent me email that I have to reply to their email in order to reinstate my account. They tried to contact me before through my primary email which is the Excite Inbox and excite is having problems with outage. So when ebay sent an email, it kept coming back. I did sent a reply to ebay support, now I am waiting for their response.

Hi, I am an AW member, but I don't visit the board more often. It is very educational.
Thanks again.

Maybe you were suspended because they couldn't contact you at the e-mail you gave them. Hopefully it will all work out for you okay then. Good luck!

Looks like this has happened here as well. I am a seller with 457 +fb, with 2 negs. I usually submit auction templates to ebay to have them review them and let me know if they are "legal" or not. I also send questionable auctions to them that tread that fine line between "legal" and "illegal". Although these items are few and far between, it seems like a good idea to keep lines of communication open with them. They DO keep a record of questions, answers, vero(s), and the like.

Point of this post is that I am an excite.com member as well, and the problems that excite is having with their changeover and subsequent hardware failures has played havoc with my email account. I am sure now that ebay had contacted me and the email bounced back, therefore getting my account NARU'd, for how long I don't know.

Is there a real ebay email address that we can send an email to explaining the problem and having them offer a NON-CANNED solution? Excite email is intermittent at the moment, but it is accessible.

Thanks all. I left for awhile, went to photopoint, now that is dead, I'm BAAAACKKK!!

Paul
