We do our records auction by auction. Which with the way eBay bills proves to be endlessly time consuming. Is there any way to reconfigure the eBay bill so it will be in auction by auction format? With all relevent information together? Hope there is on, Dale

Dale,
Personally I have never tried this but it might work. Can you download it or copy and paste to excel and the sort by item #?

I have all ny auctions in a spread sheet in excel. Using the excel filters I can hide them once the auction is completed ( paid, sent, feedback)- completely done and not I only need it for a record but do not want to see it everyday. I have a column which calculates my listing fees and one for my FVFs and many others. I have a row for monthly totals. As long as my ebay bill is = to or less then my calculations I do not go through it line by line. For my expenses I always use what I actually paid ebay.

Hope that helps you at least a little.
