I have ordered Priority boxes twice since Christmas and have only recieved the video sizes and shirt size boxes. They have not sent the #4 or #7 or the triangle boxes. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, in my last two orders the #7 Prioirity Mail box was ommitted.
Be careful of how many times you reorder. Sometimes they will send them later. This happened to me once with labels and I still have a few thousand in the closet here.

My P.O. thought it was just more of their own box orders coming in and stocked it. A shipment of labels/forms never came to me at all. It almost happened a 3rd time with boxes, but they eventually realized they were mine, and gave it to me over the counter.
The clerk told me they hadn't noticed my name on the label and just assumed it was theirs.

I am out of boxes and have 35 videos to ship on Monday. Will they give the free boxes to me over the counter?

Sure, you can get free Priority boxes over the counter, as long as it doesn't deplete their stock of whichever box it is - although that's usually a problem only with the more unusual sized boxes. I should think any post office should have plenty of the video tape Priority boxes on hand.

You can pick up the boxes at your P.O if they have them. It appears not all P.O's carry them. Would you believe the first time I went to my P.O with a load of Priority boxes to ship the man behind the counter said: Hey, they are pretty neat where did you get them! Go figure!
