Whats the best way to get a quick responce from support. I have sent 2 requests in the past 3 days and havn't gotten a responce. Is there a phone number to call? I can't wait several days for an answer, who can?
I've been having a problem with auctions not launching due to Error 37, somthing to do with sales tax. I do not have sales tax enabled in my options so it shouldn't be effecting anything. At any rate the error is random, it only effect some of my auctions and usually the ones that fail at launch can be relaunched without making any changes, sometimes it takes 3 or 4 trys though.

You should probably try posting a problem with Auction Manager in the appropriate forum. This one is merely monitored (sometimes) but not supported. And no, AW doesn't have phone support.
