I think auctions like this are so refreshing. Kinda breaks up the same 'ole same 'ole...don't know how long eBay will allow it to run but I have it on my watchlist.

The "square cardboard" auction ran all the way up to the last day before getting yanked.

I had a very petite lady working for me back a few years ago. Around 4'11 and about 75 lbs. Just a tiny thing. We got a shipment of promotional ice chest and the box they came in was huge. We joked about using it to send our "little bit" on vacation anywhere in the world she wanted to go. A couple of her co-workers fixed it all up with air holes, and made mock stickers of different places around the world and sprayed "Fragil" and "Caution-Live Animal" and "Please Do Not Rip Tear Or Mutilate" on the sides. We kept that box for months and it became quite a conversational piece with the customers. Especially with the men who offered to travel with her.

Boy, they yanked this one fast and it was really a lighthearted cutesy ad.

rarriffle-It was an auction for a very tall box (perfect for shipping your hubby off in). The ad was very humorous with it's detailed description.

One part that made me really chuckle was that all that was needed was a six pack and a sports illustrated and you'd be good to go.

For an extra fee, they would throw in another box which could be attached to the main box large enough for a TV permanently tuned to ESPN.

A MIL box was also available, only difference? It didn't have any air holes.

For what valid reason could they cancel this auction,It was a prefectly good box? Because the seller added a little humor! If I remember right they never canceled the (almost square)piece of cardboard. Now that was a joke too.
