Just had a buyer email me to tell me she hasn't received her package. It was mailed Priority on 2/8/2 from Delaware to Texas. I use Stamps.com so I can always tell what day I mailed something and how much it weighed. It was insured but that's not going to do me any good cause it was just one of the little green slips. Any advice? guess I need to start with the Delivery confirmation. Barbara

My experience over the past year with ENDICIA.com is that sometimes, MEDIA MAIL beats P-MAIL!

My average is 3 days for P-MAIL and 4 days for M-MAIL.

FREE DC (or $0.12 DC with M-MAIL) has the following advantages (AFAICsee):

1) Psychologically soothing for the buyers!

2) PayPal requires it!

3) UPIC INS gives the special $0.40/$100value rate with DC!

4) It tells me if the local PO ATTEMPTED delivery -- I then email the buyer to make sure they know their item is at their PO -- folks LOVE this!

5) It has bailed my considerable BUTT out the 5 times I've had pretzel-chokers for buyers! You know the type: "Oh! Gee, my Package never arrived!"

6) Ya can't beat the BANG for the BUCK -- actually, NO BUCK...BECAUSE it be FREE!

Regarding UPIC, do you feel they are still a valid source of insurance? Ever since the split up, they have not been very responsive.

Two packages, both to Virginia, one media and one priority, mailed 2/15. Priority arrived 2/22 (recipient didn't reply until today ARGH), media arrived 2/23. grrrr
Usually, I have had great service with priority and like the boxes/supplies. But this one had me worried.
