Sunday after combining several items as a lot for relisting, I forgot to delete each individual relist before hitting the relaunch. When I realized my error, (within minutes) I immediately hit "delete" so they wouldn't be double listed. I assumed they would be deleted on Ebay too. Today I happened to check MY EBAY page and found them still there. What do I do BEFORE they receive a bid? Delete them on EBAY? Am I to be charged for a couple of minutes auction on all? Please help.......need to remedy this before one receives a bid!

You should probably try posting a problem with Auction Manager in the appropriate forum. This one is merely monitored (sometimes) but not supported.

Try here:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/list.html?num=15

And yes, if you don't want the listings on eBay, you should cancel them - and you will be charged for them.

Thanks and I have posted with Auction Manager also. I was under the impression when I had an Ebay specific problem "through and because of AW" I would receive more help through this forum. I did not realize this was merely monitored "sometime" and not "supported". I have deleted the auctions. Had to say "error in listing" wanted to say "AW error in listing after I had deleted" but no one would understand. Gotta be there-do that....I guess, to understand. Sure think AW should have defaulted a warning to me Sunday when I deleted auctions such as: "WARNING: When you delete an auction through AW, it WILL NOT be deleted except on your AW program page! You must actually delete the auction through the proper forum (Ebay, Amazon, etc.)also!"

Just to let everyone know: I received this reply from Ebay:

Welcome to eBay's Billing Support. I'll be happy to help you.
Your request for credit for the 3 auctions you ended early has been approved. The credit should be posted to your account within 7 to 10 business days.
It has been my pleasure to assist you today. Good luck on all your eBay trading adventures!

The fact that you relisted with out deleating your unwanted auctions, does not make this AW's fault.
And the fact that you were unable to catch them in time shows that, AW gives fast reliable service.

By the way:
I'm glad to see you got your money back from Ebay. I've had this problem before also, and after contacting Ebay they gladly refunded, makes you think maybe they are not as Greedbay as people make them out to be.
Try this on the other sites and see what you get! I know I've tried. They made it clear it was my problem not their's!They told me I should be more careful next time!
