Hey, does anyone remember the glorious days of PayPal when you used to get referral bonuses. They still offer it, but only if you follow all of their steps, which includes the money market account. Heck, I have their debit card and credit card, I usually love them, but I haven't even signed up for their money market account.
Well after well over a year of no referral bonuses. Miracle of miracles, I opened up my email today and found that I got one! YEAH! Does anyone else still get them?

I haven't had a referal bonus since they started charging for the service. Since I won't even consider one of their money market accounts in which they control your money, I don't think I will get another referal spiff from them.

Yeah, as soon as they added giving up your firstborn to their long list of requirements, I no longer get referrals either!

I couldn't believe someone actually fell for it. I don't even think I still give a link to join, so I don't even know how PayPal knows I referred them. Hey, it's $5 for me, YEAH!
You don't have to sign up for the money market to get referral bonuses. Only the person signing up has to. I would never sign up for it either.
