Two questions:

1. If I have blocked an eBay ID that is now NARU, should I remove that name from the list?

2. Does anyone know what message is displayed to someone who is blocked?

Thanks!

I would leave it blocked until you have run out of room on your blocked list. Good chance that you won't ever run out of room though.
Good luck,

I once had a friend put me on his block bidders list just to see what it would say and it was this:

"Unfortunately, this seller has decided that you are not permitted to bid on their listings. You may contact the seller via the Ask Seller a Question feature if you want additional details.

Please note: You may not use other eBay accounts to bid on this seller's listings. Doing so may result in your indefinite suspension from eBay."

That was last year so it may have changed.

I thought I had a deadbeat bidder. I relisted the item and added them to the block list so they wouldn't rebid on it. I decided to hold off leaving a FB. Within hours I rec'd a PP payment.

They never did communicate with me at any point after EOA or after payment.

I honestly didn't know that they were notified by eBay and count myself lucky not to have been negged. I suppose this is mentioned in eBay rules & I overlooked it?
