I was adding to the description of one of my auctions and see there has been an addition stating "I prefer money orders by 'Paying Fast' (not exact wording).
Unless I was having a real senior moment, I did not sign up with those folks and I am sure I did not authorize them to add this to my auctions.
I do not know how to contact them and I do not know how to remove this. Can anyone help me quickly.

Thanks for the responses.
I did finally contact them and they replied not once, but 3 times!!! I couldn't believe it.
They said I did, in fact, register with them. As I said, possible senior moment. I still do not believe I authorized the insertion of their logo. If I did, it was a mistake.
Now, their customer response was so great, I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with them. I would like to use them if they operate the business part as well as the customer service.

I have a few customers that use them. I would say I have gotten close to 25-30 money orders from them.
Once one never made it to me. They were very nice about it and within a week of me reporting it the priority mailed a replacement.
They are like BidPay. They customer uses a cc to purchase a Travelers Express money order from them. The email you tell you the customer requested it and then confirm it. They charge the customer for purchasing the mo, about $5.

I do not think many people will be using them. The minimum charge would be $10.74 That is $4.99 for the money order and $5.75 for shipping and handling. That is the cheapest they offer.

To Toolhound
I'm not sure why you posted $10.74 for the payingfast fee....perhaps you can explain to us. The fact is, if you read their fee schedule, that there is no extra charge for first class mail...so, the total fee is just $4.99, and is comparable to bidpay. Personally, I would like to see them succeed and not be unfairly burdened by incorrect information.

okcat5, Sorry about that I just went to the section about fees and did not read everything. It is just $4.99 if sent first class mail.
