They ought to come over here and see what people REALLY think of things. Yes, it is an interesting article, but I wonder if she ever "really" sees more than just some more "good marketing" ideas. I believe the ebay boards are too censored to be as vital as they could be in learning what really beats in the hearts of ebay's users.
I love the little selling that I do on ebay, but I've never been one to believe that any CEO has their finger on the pulse of reality. I guess I have a fairly typical love/hate relationship with ebay.

eBay, hopefully, will eventually realize that it is more important to focus on it's every day users (buyers and sellers) than it's corporate customers.
I don't go to ebay to buy from Sears. I have one of those within walking distance from my home.

Obviously eBay listens to their members. Judging by the email I received yesterday regarding changes to the privacy policy, apparently eBay members want their private info sold by eBay. NOT!
