I just had this happen to me a couple days ago......I didn't hesitate to email the "borrower" and let him know.....to do his own work, just like the rest of us do....

The best way to solve that is delete the pic you have and take another pciture or scan of some other item (maybe a little monkey porn !) and rename it the exact same and then this great new phot will be plastered on his auction. Nothing beats a bid for 2 monkeys going at it ! Maybe a little hassle but boy is it funny !

I would love to do that..but i checked she stole the actual pic,,,went over to baypal & put it in her templete..i contacted them..& THEY DON'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED..i reported it to ebay...gheesh it's my logo..
i know her...grrr i am going to fill out the infringement forms as soon as ebay writes back..grrr I FOUND a neat new site auctionblocks.net tiny..but gosh THEY HAVE A NO NONSENSE POLICY.re:fraud etc.that is great...i feel if this happens there..they won't play games with the lazy thiefs..thanks guys..will check back later & let you know..snow coming electricty will go soon..
