Just wanted to get some ideas on how people who use AW keep track of profits on sales meade from ebay or so. I have not found an easy way yet! Please advise

Look at how much you spend and how much you make. If you are making more than you spend, that's your profit. Do this once every thirty days and you will know where you are heading. This requires nothing more than two columns of numbers and either a spreadsheet or a calculator.
