Got two home.com bounces today, guess the domain is now dead. Can someone point me how I can notify ebay to find an alternate email address? I have their contact info, including phone number if I have to call them.

I had one that the winner keep emailing me using ebay mail system for 7 days! They finally changed their email address with ebay so we can communicate!

You can email ebay at safeharbor with the bounce notice and they will email them and make the account NARU which in turn will get them to change they email address on ebay.

GOOD LUCK

I also had an @home winner this week. Her emails kept bouncing back. Then I got an email from SquareTrade. The customer had filed a complaint with SquareTrade and basically demanded my head on a platter. What would life be like without the occasional bump in the road?

As of March 1st the servers went down. I was an @home user. if your user is in Iowa it has changed to mchsi.com.

The bulk majority of @home.com customers have been switched over to the @cox.net service as of 3/1/02. Try sending any @home.com winners in the western US email by substituting @cox.net for the suffix and ya never know, it might work!

Hi, I used to have @home. This was AT&T's broadband service....if you want to reach this bidder/seller, email them and replace the "@home" with "@attbi.com".

Hope this helps

If the auction justifies it, pick up the phone. It's amazing how many people do not update their email address info.

If the auction is small bucks, wait a week or so and file an NPB alert. I contact Safeharbor when the bidder doesn't contact me at all and their stuff bounces.

Thanks!
Already contacted Customer Service at Ebay. Awaiting 12-78 hour response. Now I can forget it and work on more important things! The balls in their court...

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. I reported them to safeharbor, one of the people contacted me, and still waiting for the other (which is a lower priced item so I am glad the other one contacted me!)

Customer replied before Ebay did with new address. Just like it was stated above, they completely forgot that their address changed. I have been trying to change their address in the WBN and resend it to the new email but it keeps sending it to the old address and being returned to me. Guess I will have to do this WBN purely by email and fill out myself. Any suggestions?
