Hi, I just came across the ebay live help logo, when I was researching some listings. I asked a question, I was answered right away, and the whole process was really quick, I was not aware of this process, nor do I remember seeing this before. anyone else try this.?

eBay is testing Live Chat. You can read the announcement on the Announcement Board in the Community area of eBay.
