I have been using them since around July.
YES - they have many problem, people can register, site down, payments lost until next update (done from midnight to 6 am each night).
The things you must get used to are -
not always getting an email that says you have money.
claiming the payment before shipping (it is not yours until claimed).
unless they include their mailing address in the message area, you don't always get an address and will have to email them.
I have gotten over $200 in referral fees.
It just takes getting used to the c2it way.
By the way, the customer service by phone after 10 at night - the employees know nothing except "you will have to call after 8"
