How long does it take a listing to appear? Mine became active at 10 am pdt this morning and here it is after 5 pm pdt and it still isn't in the list, though it's in 'my ebay'. Does it usually take ebay all day to update? It said at the bottom of the page the list hadn't been updated since just after 9 am pdt this morning! Is this normal? If it is, any suggestions about what time of day I should list auctions?

I mean that if I go to the category, it isn't listed there. It means basically that I'm the only one who can find my auctions. In a category search, they didn't appear. It's now Monday morning and I'm sure they're up now. But any advice about how to deal with the hours and hours of update delay by ebay would be welcome.
