I have been registered with them 6-9 months.
One time I did not receive the money order so I emailed them. They asked me to wait 2 more days. I did. I emailed them back and they sent a replacement.

Hi.
I've been paid through this service and have not had any problems. I live in Washington State, the payments seem to be a day or two quicker than the Bidpay even though they are hand written.
