I put in my auctions Ship to US only

I did get an email from potential bidder, saying he is from Puerto Rico, and says the rates are the same as the U.S.

Ok, yes I know that PR is U.S 'possession', territory whatever... I looked up rates to PR, and Puerto Rico IS listed as international BUT, when you put in weight, it says that its a US Possession, go by domestic rate.

Say this item is 2 1/2 pounds, would the shipping only be $5.20 Priority to Puerto Rico?

Sure I know AFO etc ship same Priority rate
Also do you need custom forms for Puerto Rico?

Thanks

Shipping to Puerto Rico is the same as shipping anywhere in the U.S. $5.20 for up to 3 lbs via USPS Priority mail.
