I'm now registered with PayPal and upgraded to a Premier account. I've looked at the information they give but cannot find where it says how I can get my money out of my account. They do suggest I get a debit card or leave my money in their money market fund but I'm not interested in that. I just want my money!

I'm not an expert, but you can get your money in at least two ways. One, request a paper check. This takes longer and I believe there is now a small charge for the service. Or two, order an electronic funds transfer direct from PayPal to your checking account. This service is free.
I've been doing this for about two years with absolutely no problems. It takes about three to five working days, and the money is there. I've never ordered a paper check, so I have no idea how long that takes.

This is from their site under "help"
How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?
You can withdraw funds from your PayPal account by requesting an electronic funds transfer to your bank account or by requesting that a check be sent to you by U.S. mail. Show me When you withdraw to your bank account, your money will usually become available within 3-4 business days, but may take more time depending on your bank's policies. If you would like PayPal to send you a check, please allow 1 - 2 weeks to receive your check. While there is no charge to withdraw funds to your bank account, you will be assessed a $1.50 per check withdrawal.
You will receive an automatic email acknowledgement every time you request to withdraw funds.
