It's spam, report it to Ebay and Commission Junction <www.cj.com> and it violates the terms of the affiliate program.

qksrv.net is the server the Commission Junction uses to track referrals. Anytime you see that, it means the person is using Commission Junction (CJ). The terms of the Ebay referral program through CJ specifically prohibit spam.
