Is anyone else having a hard time contacting their bidders?

I downloaded the newest version maybe 3-4 weeks ago and ever since then, I have a hand full of buyers every week that seem to not receive the EOA that I send from eBud. It irritates the heck out of me to see those "eBay Request for Total" e-mails over and over and over again. I have received two in the last ten minutes from the same buyer -- after I sent them the EOA about 90 minutes ago and re-sent it after the first "eBay Request for Total" e-mail. When these people keep sending the "eBay Request for Total" e-mails, I try sending them the information through various methods and, in some cases, have contacted eBay and asked for their assistance in contacting the buyer.

Maybe it is not eBud/Auctiva at all, but buyers in general. Many of these people are not newbies with 30-100 feedback ratings.
