They are getting ready to make us go through canned responses to our problems and I am willing to bet that they won't get fixed either. You have to wonder how greety the higher ups at ebay are getting. Two rate hikes within the last year and now cut backs. And yet they are the most profitible company in America. Go figure.

Well it looks like yahoo isnt the only one to eliminate customer service. Looks like Meg needs another house, or car. eBay sellers are hit all the time with this crap and they keep on taking it.
Thank you Meg may I have another?
RB I wonder if the bootleg material will flood the ebay site?

eBay has one of the worst help search engines I have found. They do it right with search auctions, but their help results bring up link that have nothing to do with the question. If they can improve it and fill out every question someone can ask, my preference would be to hit the Help section first. I kind of like canned responses

Sellers will also be more likely to set up another account, just in case they get booted and can't get in touch with anyone.

Hi blairwitch ...
I would assume that one of the eBay menu items will allow the reporting of bootlegs as that has always been a big problem with all auction venues. eBay was starting to become a little more proactive in this area ... right about the same time Yahoo started using their entertainment pages to provide links to the bootleg stuff on their auction venue (coincidentally right around the time they started charging and stealing fees).

I like the idea of having to sign in to send a complaint. This will curb the practice of competitors sending anonymous emails to safe harbor in an attempt to take out the competition.
