I have had this bowl in for some time trying to find out what the pattern is or who the maker is? The only mark on the bottom is the word "Wolcott" in black under the glaze.
I know it is old from the crazing and the wear on the bottom. I have checked replacements unlimited under the word wolcott and have tried searching the net with not luck.

gc2, thank you for the suggestion. I did not realize that was an option but I just went to the site and did that.
I still am hopeful that one of the great AW gurus can give me some info.

Who is going to want to buy the bowl with all of those chips on the rim? Unless the piece is very rare due to artist, maker and age, buyers don't want flawed pieces.

hotcupoftea, I don't recall anyone saying it was for sale?
Many of us collectors feel that the history of the piece is part of the collecting. If an item has gone unused over the years it wasn't loved very much was it?
This particular piece however, I think may be part of a childs set. I would like to try to complete it if that was the case.

I think that bowl is cute expecially with the sunbonnet girls. I have postcards with them on. BTW I have seen many items that looked worse than that go for some good money. There are a lot of people that collect the sunbonnet girls. Remember the rhyme Tuesday's Child is full of Grace? I can't think of the whole thing but your item is nice.

Send pictures of the bowl & the backstamp to; [email protected] & ask for an ID. If anyone can ID it they are the most likely.
