EVERYONE...look at YOUR Paypal accounts closely!!!!...I was under the impression that if we refunded a payment due to the PAYMENT AMOUNT BEING WRONG (SHIPPING, ETC FIGURED WRONG)...THAT THE PAYOR was the one who had to eat the fee....NOW...WE HAVE 5 FEE CANCELLED REVERSALS?....WHAT IS UP WITH THIS?? QUICK WAY TO MAKE A FEW MILLION??

This must be a glitch if some kind. Mine is a credit not a deduction and it makes no monetary difference in my account balance. It doesn't even show up under "All Activity".

I think they are just making note of the elimination of the Fee. someone sends you $100, you get $96.80. You refund, you send $100, the books have to account for that $3.20 you sent, but was not credited to your account.
There are no fees for refunded payments. When you receive a payment for a 100.00 the payment is broken down into the fee paid and the amount you net after the fee.
