I have spent the last hour on replacements ltd trying to find this Lenox pattern with no success. Can someone please help me? This plate was donated to the mental health clinic where I work and they asked me to see if it is worth anything.

please forgive the picture size. they are cropped and if I use jpg they don't show up, i have to use JPG which makes them huge.

Rariffle, I can't tell you what pattern it is, but if you will send a pic to [email protected], they will have you an answer in a day or two.

And I second that motion! I tried in vain recently to find a certain pattern at Replacements but moving around their site but couldn't. When I inquired, they did have it. I don't understand why that would happen but evidently it does.

You've been had.
This looks like either hobby painting or aftermarket decoration on a Lenox china blank. The "D" in the vase is significant; that's not a Lenox mark. Run a finger over the "D" mark; I'll bet it isn't under the glaze like the Lenox mark is.

fluffy, why would say "you've been had"?
we have a housing unit which helps get apartments for some of our clients. this was donated in a box of dishes.
I have sent the pattern off to replacements. If this is hobby painting, then they could do it for a living. The decoration is silver, not just a silvery paint. I have some silver overlay pieces and this is as good as any of them.
as far as the mark on the bottom, both the lenox and the bottle with the D are over the glaze, not under.

I have to agree with Rarriffle, The second mark is not a Lenox Mark. I deal primarily in china & have never seen any mark like this on Lenox. Send the pictures to [email protected]. If it is a true Lenox pattern they might have it on file. FYI: Not all of the patterns that Replacements have on file are on their website. I believe they now have over 60,000 different patterns in stock.!! I have done business with them for the past 8 years. Usually around $12,000.00 a year.

You've been had because the odds are this plate has no collectible value. You asked if it was worth anything. My opinion is no. Even professionally-done silver overlay is horribly out of fashion and thus doesn't sell. BTDT. I'd never buy a silver overlay piece for resale.
But more than that, china collectors don't want homemade products. Many Haviland blanks were sold early in the 20th century for hobby use. Haviland collectors want the professionally decorated pieces.
