Yesterday I received a legit looking email from someone who signed the email as "safeHarbor Dept." It asked that I click onto a website and re-enter my phone number as I would be kicked off ebay if I didn't.
I wrote ebay just to verify that it was from them. As I thought, it WAS NOT. If you get any of these messages, you might want to check with ebay to make sure it is legit.
