OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! THIS ZIP THING WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!

O.K. WE HAVE THE ZIP,,,,WE FIGURE THE POSTAGE AND SEND IT,,,,,,,BUT! HOW DO WE KNOW HOW THEY ARE PAYING?

AND THE BATTLE RAGES ON.......

EDITED TO SAY:

O.K. I JUST REVIEWED MY EOA NOTICE. HALF OF THE INFO I HAD TO ASK FOR IS NOW USELESS. YEA!!!!!ALL WE REALLY NEED NOW IS FOR THEM TO SEND THEIR ADDRESS FOR A SHIPPING LABEL ONLY. (UNLESS THEY STILL INSIST ON SCRIBBLING IT ON A BROWN PAPER BAG)AND WE GET IT WITH THEIR PAYMENT.

ALSO THE BUYER INFORMATION IN THE AUCTION. GOTTA THINK ABOUT THAT ONE BUT IT HAS TO BE UPDATED.

I NEVER GAVE MUCH THOUGHT TO ALL THE TRANSISTIONS. SORRY FOLKS.

I'm also thinkin' .... if you want to check UPS prices against USPS prices, "just" the zip code doesn't work 'easily', because UPS shipping rate quotes asks for the "City Name" and the Zip ........ hmmmm...

THE GUY WHO CAN'T SEE IT. IT IS ON THE AUCTION PAGE RIGHT BELOW THE WINNERS E MAIL ADDRESS.

ESTATE,,,,,DON'T FALL FOR THE UPS THING. ALL IT WANTS IS A ZIP. NOTHING ELSE IS REQUIRED. SAME WITH THE POST OFFICE. ZIPS ARE ALL THAT IS NEEDED. TRY IT. MAKE UP AN ADDRESS. ANOTHER TRICK, IF YOU WANT TO REALLY FIND OUT WHERE THE BUYER IS ENTER INTO THE POST OFFICE AND IT WILL GIVE THE CITY.

On the Announcement Board at ebay it said:

The zip code will only be visible to the high bidder or buyer and the seller. For Dutch and Fixed Price listings, the sellers will be able to see the zip codes of all buyers." In addition, the buyer's zip code will also appear in the End of Auction emails and the Send Invoice page of Checkout.

robertsmithson: On your closed auction, look directly below the winners ID (loricarbo) that is where the zip should be. We can't see it, but you should beable to.

YIKES!!!!! FOLKS I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE THIS. [email protected] JUST REPLIED! THEY "ARE" FAST WHEN I E MAIL THEM! GREAT!

ANYWAY, THEY SAID THEY ARE STILL WORKING OUT SOME BUGS WHICH WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS, IT IS SOMEWHAT INTERMITTEN AT THIS TIME. YES, I SAW THAT MY SELF AND ESTATE YOU ARE RIGHT WITH THE REFRESH IT WORKS, I ONLY HAVE ONE CLOSED AUCTION I HAVE LOOKED AT IT MANY TIMES TODAY FIGURING ANGLES AND SUCH AND SOMETIMES THERE WAS NO ZIP, I DID THE RERESH AND WALLA! THERE IT WAS. THEY CAN CONTROL THE FONT SIZE THAT WAS TOLD TO ME. THE REP. DID SAY HOWEVER AND I AM BUMMED IT LOOKED O.K. TO THEM AS THEY HAD CHECKED OTHER AUCTIONS. OH WELL, I HOPE OTHERS TELL THEM IT IS WAY TOO SMALL. E MAIL THEM AND E MAIL THEM. THAT "IS" THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL EVER GET ANYTHING DONE.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENTS, I HAVE ENOUGH ON MY SCHEDUAL ALREADY. NEXT......
