I apologize for any inconveinance. I have put a search on the money order sent to you by the currency exchange where I purchased the money order for the helmet. Maybe you recieved it by now. The search is done to see if it has been cashed somewhere. I apologize for taking long to reply but my uncle passed away and I was out of town.

Yeah, that's a classic. It's got:

A) Death
B) Out of Town
C) Confusing grammar/Poor English
D) Several typos
E) Implication of future problems (Currency Exchange?)

What more could you ask for in a customer email?

ROFL good one.

I must be lucky. Since 1999 when I first sold on Ebay, I have only filed one NPB, and that person payed right away after hearing from Ebay.

Never had any excuses about death, and only a few out-of-towners. Of course I don't get all up tight when payment doesn't come for 10 days. I give em a good 15 days and most folks come through without sending any notices at all.

last week i received two emails from people telling me they had bid on one of my items but they were going to be out of town when the auction ended. They both gave me the date when they would return and asked that I be patient if they were the winning bidder.

One of them one and I am patiently waiting.
