I was at a yard sale today and I saw a bunch of videos for sale. Since I have 2 two year old kids at home, I always look through this kind of collection at yard sales. These videos were all marked "For your Emmy Award Consideration" and they had about 35 of them in the box. They were selling them 4 videos for $1.00. I went through the box and took all of the shows that I thought would be popular (touched by an angle, the district, Roseanne, so on) and left the Showtime movies, cable programs, and sit coms that I have never heard of before. Now the real question, I know these are "Collectable" by fans of the show. I know if I market them correct I will get more then $.25 each for them... I also know that Ebay will Vero these auctions if there is a complaint. How should I market these? What catagory should I list them under? Is there something I should mention, or should not mention?

If you are a Powerseller, just go ahead and market them using a complete description. If you are an average seller, be very clever with your desciptions, run them for 3 days only, and don't try to relist them after they have been ended the first time..
btw ... eBay has nothing to do with the decision to end these, and neither does VeRO in most cases. The "word" comes down from those who market these tapes big time and at big prices ... they don't like the competition.
