i had a bidder pay me thru paypal and i shipped their package using ups. they are now saying it was never received tho the tracking # shows clearly that it was delivered. my problem is that i shipped it to the confirmed address but the bidder had the shipping address changed to his work after it was delivered unsucssefully 2 times to his home address. he was not home. will this affect the paypal seller protection tos because it was actually not delivered to the confirmed address?!

if you or the buyer will call the 800 UPS number they will tell them who signed for the package and will possibly be able to find it

they said it was driver realeased and is up to the discretion of the driver to decide whether they will do this. i always thought all ups packages were signed for. i know ive signed for every single one of mine.

did he change the address to send it to because he was not at home by leaving a note with the UPS guy if he did it is not your fault I ship UPS 1% and the other 99% using priority Mail it still is cheaper for lighter stuff and faster than UPS.
