JACK,
You must be logged into eBay in order for the zip codes to show up on the bid history page. Try it...log out and look at one of your auctions - no zip codes...now log in with your seller ID and look at the same auction (might need to hit refresh) - the zip codes are now there.

JACK,
Since you didnt mention having to be signed into eBay in your posts I wasnt sure if you knew it or not or if you had mentioned it to the other folks on here. No disrespect intended.

I'm in Texas and it appears that all bidders zip are showing on my newest listed auctions. Even have one with the + 4 extension. Have zips on bidders from left coast to the right coast.
I don't know how Ebay did it, but I just checked several of my auctions that closed in August (30 days ago)are now showing the winning bidders zip.
My new battle cry is "Remember 911" to borrow from a Texas Battle Cry...

Jack, I've been lurking around a couple discussion boards, and apparently no one came up with this simple concept - idea of simply posting the 'zip codes' on feebay, except you my friend. I salute you sir, for rolling the ball of knowledge and getting a STRIKE!
