When looking at someone's feedback and they have negatives, but have PAGES of feedback, is there a way to just call up the negatives to read, rather than hunting through all the pages?

Hi Jackswebb - Thanks. You are probably right about them not being that important if they are that old but sometimes my curiosity gets the best of me.........coral

I usually just go to the bottum and click the 200 per page thing and use ctrl+F to find the word 'complaint'. If there is thousands of bids to wade through I just look at the overal percentage to decide if I want to deal with the seller. Any more that 3% negs and I am aprehensive.
I also check for undeserved retaliation bids sometimes. For example, I was about to bid over $200 for an item today when I noticed alot of negs for poor communications. I checked out the other users and it turned out that the seller would leave stupid (obviosly undeserved) retaliation negs... so I did not bid on the item.

note: I highly recomend the Google.com toolbar. It makes searching a webpage alot simpler.

Gutcheck is the best tool for this and is free. With Gutcheck, you just right click on the persons feedback and then it downloads all feedback. You can click a check boc to show only negative and neutral. This has been an invaluable tool for me.
