No...I don't think you are reading it right...I think it can come from buyers checking accounts...also the DC is something else...you dont have to do that.

Here is what I think I'm reading correctly:
It's the easy way to move your money. Use this online payment service for online auctions, purchases or sending money to family and friends. Send Money can be used from any Web enabled PC. And the service is backed by the trust and reliability of the U.S. Postal Service®.
Send or receive money electronically from your checking or Money Market account to someone with a valid email address
Both sender and receiver must be enrolled to exchange funds
Make inter-bank account transfers
Combines USPS Send Money with Priority Mail® Delivery Confirmation™; like Collect on Delivery but better.
The buyer's funds are released to the seller after the Priority Mail® delivery is confirmed.
* 3 months Free offer starts at enrollment. YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE UNLESS YOU CANCEL AT THE END OF THE FREE OFFER PERIOD. If you continue, pay either a flat $6.95 a month fee for up to 20 payments with $0.50 for each additional payment or $1.50 a month with $0.65 for each payment or $1.00 for each transaction.
