today i checked status of ebay claim and no progress, they gave me a form to mail for insurance.
credit card gave me temporary credit, no official word as to what their decision will be.

how do i deal with paypal (i heard they had insurance) for these situations.
do i wait til i get an answer from cc to file ebay insurance claim?

thanks guys.

My experience with this was to just dispute the charge with my CC company and they refunded my money and went after paypal.

If you used a c/c then go back to to your c/c. deny the payment & go from there.
