We were shocked last night to find that we had been negged by someone who bid on 3 of our auctions of Toujours stainless flatware, saying that we had never contacted them at the end of auction. They made no attempt to phone, mail or email us before posting the negs, and we were unaware that they felt there was a problem. We have all the documentation to show that we contacted them on 2 specific dates and that they responded with thir shipping address. We then sent them the total for their purchases, and we had offered to combine to save them on shipping. We are at a loss to explain such mean-spirited behavior, which seems to be gratuitously retaliatory. We have not been paid for the purchases, and are wondering if we should file to get our final value fees back. In any case, we are going to block any further bids from them, as we do not need this. They have a feedback rating in the high 20s, and their experience level may suggest that they do not know that one is supposed to make an effort to resolve problems BEFORE leaving negatives.

By all means file for your fees. This might be some idiots idea of a good time.
I would have nothing more to do with them at this stage, after all who needs this!
Since they allready nailed you leave them the same amount of negs.
If nothing else at least it might make you feel better.
Lets see how they like it.Just be sure to leave a short factual explanation.
People will be able to see thru this.

You have to understand that there was no problem to start with.
You did everything right. Just move on and forget this turkey.
