Hi,
I'm not sure what to call it,
I'm looking for a digital video camera,
meaning that it can record videos as a normal video camera, but I can also stop any image and make a digital picture out of it,
so it's like 2 different things in one.
I currently have Olympus Camedia C-3020
with small Olympus memory cards
that are capable of recording 2 minute video clip,
but I was thinking of a longer movie with sound...
not sure how to better describe it
if you know of something similar please let me know

There are several companies that offer this but here's a warning:
Digital video and digital still are two different animals. It takes several seconds to snap a high quality digital still. Digital video is much lower quality in order to keep the frames moving. So while you can grab a frame as a snapshot, you will be unhappy with the quality. I have yet to find a camera that does both well.
