It didn't take me long to figure out that shopping is generally SLOW during holidays & tax time. Have you also found this to be true for the weekend after Thanksgiving? I know a lot of people hit the mall, but what about e-bay? (Specifically, I want to sell winter clothes before I get too busy w/ Christmas.)

Same here, sell through drops around a Holiday, but I do get a few items that still get a lot of bidding attention. Doesn't make much sense to me, but it's the same every Holiday.

There are so many variables that it is difficult to be absolute, but I've found that sales are dead between Thanksgiving and mid February. However, every year there are sellers on this site professing "best ever" sales during this period. Go figure? Good sales would stand to reason though, depending on merchandise: 1) lots of people off work, sitting around watching their computers, 2) lots of sellers not posting auctions, hence more exposure for those who are listing.

Most will eat too much Thursday and will be unable to leave house so will have to sit behind computer and shop.
