woke up this am with no active auctions, a letter from e-bay said i had a paypal banner size 184 X 33 pixels....I went to auction manager and clicked on "INCLUDE A PAYPAL BUTTON & LOGO".....but how do I get the big banner off?.....sorry i am computer illiterate....

Same thing happened to me 2 months ago so don't feel bad .. someone turned you in !
What I did was pull up the auctions to edit in Auction Manager Pro .... highlight the html for the large logo and delete.
Then just relauch.
I had maybe 19 suctions that I had to do that to since I didn't want to leave the others alone and be kicked off ebay if someone checked. Was a real pain in the you know what !
After I did that, I just had Paypal insert the correct size logo to all of my ongoing auctions.

I personally don't use a Paypal logo because I only have a personal account, so I can't take credit card payments and so just say that in my listings. My question is, if eBay now OWNS Paypal, why would they be concerned about a logo for their own product being too large?

I have a Premier account and won't use the PP logo as it has been changed too many times over the years to meet ebay's rules that I got tired of hassling the use of darn thing. There is a small PP logo by the payment section of the auction anyway.

OK, gina50 said to go to auction watch relist ,& click on the html for the big logo and delete it, where do i find the html, all i see is just boxes to check & uncheak but no html......help!!!!
