I’m not an ebay naysayer and believe they provide a great service at a great price. I just received what looks like one of those scam emails and I want to forward it to ebay. It’s one I haven’t seen before or I would ignore it. Anyway, I just spent 25 minutes on ebay looking for an address I could forward it to and found nothing.

This is one of the few times I’ve tried to communicate with ebay and boy do they make it tough -- especially since it involves the widespread fraud ebay claims they are trying to fight. I thought I was doing this to help them, not me, and I shouldn’t have to come here for this kind of info. I could just as well delete the email.

Does anyone have an email address at ebay I could forward this (possible) junk to? Also, where would I go on ebay’s site to find the address on my own?

Thanks

They don't make it easy to contact them.

Try

OR

I agree that it's difficult to find.

This is what I found:

Go to the "site map" on the top of any ebay page

Prohibited, Questionable & Infringing Items, then to another page and click where it says Contact Rules & Safety

Select topic

Member problems

Spam and miscellaneous offenses

And then select the right issue.

Thanks guys. All of you sent me to the correct spot. I just can't imagine the quantity of email ebay must be receiving lately regarding this garbage.

Makes me wonder how ebay can communicate legitimately with their users.
