This is very strange.Whenever paypal sends me a notice telling me someone sent a payment I print it out.Lately when I print the notices out it prints terrible. It looks as though I new a new black ink cartridge. This is strange, because I just changed the cartridge 4 days ago.If I print a usps shipping label it prints fine. When I print a email it prints fine. I only have problems trying to print the paypal notice. PLEASE HELP... This is making me crazy.

It sounds like your printer needs to be cleaned. If you printed a heavy lined image like a bar code it can gum up the works in your printer. I print paypal info and it prints fine for me. Some printers allow you to change the settings so that you don't print as much ink. My printer has three settings for ink coverage and I use the "Economy" setting as it keeps the paper from getting too wet and uses less ink. Mine is a Ink Jet but have used Lazer printers. If you have a lazer printer you might have damage on the drum. Lazer printers can also have software issues that will cause the letters to smear on the paper.
